There are three affiliated colleges under Aquinas Educational and Charitable Trust. All the three colleges are affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam. The first one is Aquinas College, an arts and science college offering UG and PG courses under regular, self-financing and off-campus streams. The second one is Avila College of Teacher Education that offers training courses at the bachelor as well as postgraduate level in different subjects. Very soon a research centre too will come up in this institution. The Students and staff of Aquinas College share the resources both infrastructural as well as academic of this college. There is a sophisticated microteaching clinic and a good language lab in this college. The students of Aquinas College regularly utilize this facility. The library facility of this college is also shared by the students of the other two colleges. The third college under the Trust is Siena College of Professional studies. This is a newly started college (2002) in the self-financing sector now functioning in the Aquinas Grounds. The College offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Information Technology and undergraduate courses in Business Studies and Commerce.
