The admission Policy is as per the Government and University norms.

• Application for admission in the College should be made in the prescribed form as notified by M.G. University.
• The registration number and the application number must be quoted in all subsequent correspondence.
• The application form duly filled in should be submitted on or before the last date published by the University.
• Applications containing false information will be rejected.
• Candidates who are prepared to choose either Hindi or Malayalam as additional language will only be selected for admission for any degree programmes.
• Students who are found eligible for admission will be called for an interview which they should attend with their parent or guardian.
• All the columns in the application form must be carefully filled in. Attestation of marks should be done in the appropriate pages. Noncompliance with the same will entail rejection of the application.
• Candidates migrating from outside Universities / Boards, if selected, should produce at the time of admission, migration certificate.
• Applicants are advised to keep with them true copies of their certificates before they submit the original certificates at the College Office.
• Students belonging to the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe and other eligible communities will get fee concession as per existing rules.
• The students selected for interview must bring with them 5 copies of their latest passport size colour photographs. An identity card with the photograph will be issued to the students on payment of the cost of the card.

• SSLC Book with 5 photocopies
• Plus two/Senior Secondary School Mark list with 5 photocopies (for UG admission)
• Degree Certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate and Consolidated Grade Card with 5 photocopies each (for PG admission)
• Transfer Certificate from the last studied Institution
• Conduct Certificate issued within last 6 months
• Cast Certificate issued within last 2 years
• Income Certificate within last 6 months
• University Course Allotment Memo (for Merit based admisttion)
• Migration Certificate - for those who have passed from any other University or Board other than Kerala State Board Higher Secondary Examination.
• Eligibility Certificate issued from Mahatma Gandhi University - for those who have passed from any other University
• Proof of Bonus Mark claimed (NCC/NSS/Ex-servicemen etc., if applicable)
• Five copies of the recent passport size colour photographs
